Here is one of the most perenially popular designs by the leading Danish silversmith, Georg Jensen. It was designed by Arno Malinowski, who worked with the company from 1936 to 1976, and created most of the endearing figurative motifs in the Art Deco style which characterised Jensen's output in mid 20th century prior to abstract modernism. Usually seen in the form of a brooch (no.256) , this version as a necklace is quite rare.
