Here is a wonderful pair of Sterling silver cufflinks, guillocheed and coated with a light mauve enamel. Fronts and backs are identical, with one side articulated for ease of movement. All four surfaces enamelled. I have investigated the logo maker mark and now believe these cufflinks to have been made by the leading Norwegian silversmithy, David-Andersen (see bio).
Condition: Excellent, no visible damage, no cracks or chips to enamel.
Marks: 925S, Hammer and pliers logo, which was used by David-Andersen 1924-39 ( ref: article on Norwegian silver marks, Persson & Josefson, Modernsilver.com)
Size: 1.9 cm (0.75")
