Here is an extraordinary pendant by the highly original Danish silversmith Ole Bent Petersen, which he designed for the Danish silversmithy Georg Jensen in 1981 as one of his 'Sunshine and Night' series. It features a 'Thonet' cafe chair, as well as a table in front of a framed mirror with the word Cafe in red. It is made of brass overlaid with 14 kt gold and is supplied with a new red silk cord, as it originally was. If you want to know more about this eccentric artist, who famously made a pendant out of his bus ticket, go to Ute Mirbach's article.
