Here is a delightful brooch in the Art Deco style designed by Gundorph Albertus for Georg Jensen.  Albertus joined the silversmithy in 1911 and rose to hold the post of assistant director from 1926 to 54, He was one of several designers who led the movement away from the fussiness of art nouveau towards the simplicity of Art Deco and Functionalism.  This example may date from the original production run in the 1930s. 

Condition: Excellent, no visible damage, Trombone style safety clasp
