Here is a rare treasure from the David-Andersen Stone Series, launched in 1964. It was created by Marianne Berg, who was working for Uni David-Andersen at the time, and who gave it the name 'Marianne's heart'. It consists of a gorgeous oval translucent carnelian stone set in Sterling silver at the end of a pole which also forms the integral bale. The carnelian is ioosely framed by an elongated silver heart.
It is supplied with a robust Danish silver box chain, but would also look good on a neckring.
Condition: Excellent, clean, no visible damage to either the silver or the stone
