Here is a lovely porcelain plaque with gold-plated frame. It can be worn as a brooch or a pendant, for which a gold-plated chain is supplied. It was made by Bing & Grøndahl, founded in 1853 and merged with Royal Porcelain in 1987. The plaque features one of their most popular figurines, the boy and girl reading cat.no. 1567.
Condition: Excellent, no visible damage. Bale folds over for wearing as a brooch, which has a rollover safety clasp
Marks: 1970s Three towers logo, B&G, encircled by Copenhagen Porcelain Made in Denmark
